*A $200 refundable cleaning and damages fee is due along with your balance. All of our packages include complimentary set up, tear down, and clean up of included items.
Caterers and guests providing their own food are responsible for cleaning kitchens and food tables.
Guests who choose to bring their own decorations are responsible for set up, tear down, and clean up of all items brought into our reception center.
In other words: if we provide it, we set it up, we tear it down, and we clean it up. If you provide it, you set it up, you tear it down, and you clean it up.
